We are seeking a passionate, outcomes-driven RN executive to serve as Nursing Director of Clinical Services for a multi-site dialysis division.

Multi-Clinic OversightOversee clinical performance across multiple dialysis sites
Travel regionally (up to 50%) to ensure visibility, consistency, and support
Maintain 2–3 days per week on-site presence to reinforce standards and support leaders
Ensure regulatory readiness and clinical excellence across all locations
Directly coach and develop Clinical Services Managers
Strengthen leadership accountability and performance management
Address underperformance with clarity and support
Build succession plans and elevate emerging leaders
Foster a culture of ownership, safety, and clinical excellence
Required:
Active RN license
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
8–10+ years clinical experience
4+ years progressive leadership experience
Multi-site or regional oversight experience
Experience managing managers
Demonstrated success improving clinical quality metrics
Strong regulatory and patient safety knowledge
Willingness to travel regionally (up to 50%)
Salary: $140,000–$155,000
