Job Description

Orlando, Florida – Primary Care Physician Job

Clinical Role:

  • Permanent, full-time position
  • Seeking a board certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician
  • Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM schedule
  • See approximately 20–22 patients per day
  • Value-based care model with monthly patient visits
  • Small patient panels (typically 350–450 patients per physician)
  • On-call limited to your own patient panel
  • Typically no APP supervision required
  • Patient population: Medicare Advantage, age 65+ (average 71–72)
  • Focus on geriatric primary care and chronic disease management
  • Minimal to no pediatric population
  • EMR: proprietary platform
  • No 2026 or 2027 residents
  • No visa sponsorship available
