Physician - Hematology Oncology
Job Details:
- Seeking 1 experienced Hematology/Oncology Board Certified Physician for 3 days per week coverage for 9-12 months
- Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 3 days per week, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Outpatient clinic and hospital-based outpatient setting only - no inpatient practice or patient admissions
- Serve as direct hospital-based outpatient care provider and chemotherapy program director
- See approximately 15-18 patients per day with 1-3 consults per week
- Required to perform bone marrow biopsies
- EMR systems: EClinicalWorks (ECW) and Meditech
- Support staff includes Hematology/Oncology trained ARNP and nurses
- Board Certification in Hematology and Oncology required
- Oregon state license highly preferred; IMLC and non-licensed candidates accepted but must obtain OR license during credentialing
- BLS and DEA certification required
- Clean background and malpractice history highly preferred
