Physician - Hematology Oncology

Job Details:

• Locum-to-permanent opportunity with ongoing coverage
• 
  
• 100% adult patient population
• 
  
• 95% clinic-based work and 5% hospital-based work
• 
  
• 70% oncology cases and 30% hematology cases
• 
  
• Utilize EPIC EMR system
• 
  
• Average patient census of 22 patients per day with 2-3 new consultations
• 
  
• Provide both outpatient and inpatient hematology/oncology services
• 
  
• Perform intrathecal chemotherapy procedures
• 
  
• On-call and weekend responsibilities required
• 
  
• Board certification in Hematology or Medical Oncology required
• 
  
• Hematology/Oncology fellowship training required
• 
  
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• 
  
• Experience with intracavitary chemotherapy preferred
