Pay & Benefits
- Pay package:$500,000 – $550,000 annual base salary (salary may vary by experience and training)
- Additional pay notes: Providers may submit salary expectations with presentation

What You’ll Do
- Provide executive-level leadership and operational oversight for the Hematology/Oncology division.
- Serve as Associate Medical Director for the Cancer Service Line to guide systemwide cancer care strategy.
- Lead strategic, clinical, and academic oversight of Hematology/Oncology programs across the health system.
- Oversee the growth and integration of oncology services across multiple hospitals and ambulatory locations in Southeast and Central Michigan.
- Provide leadership to key programs including Bone Marrow Transplant and infusion programs.
- Collaborate with Department of Medicine leadership and Cancer Service Line leadership to align strategic initiatives and implement best practices.
- Maintain an ongoing clinical practice (~25%) within Hematology/Oncology.
What You Need
Required- Hematology/Oncology Fellowship completion
- Experience is required (progressive leadership experience in academic or large health system settings)
- Ability to lead academic oversight and clinical quality initiatives within Hematology/Oncology
Preferred- Progressive leadership experience such as Vice Chair, Chief, Associate Division Head, Program Director, or Director (clinical program/service line/academic program)
- Experience advancing investigator-initiated clinical trials, precision medicine, and population health initiatives
- Collaboration experience across multidisciplinary teams and specialties
