Jesie Trice Community Health System is seeking a full time Florida Licensed MD to provide comprehensive Geriatric care services to a panel of patients. Physician will participate in On-Call rotation, peer reviews, performance improvement projects. Physician will be responsible for performance and HEDIS measures, productivity requirements, documentation, attendance at provider meetings, and must be flexible with work locations.Details of Education and Skills: Medical degree (M.D. or D.O). Board certification in Geriatric Care.Active and clear Florida License and no prior licensing infractions in other states. Current DEA certification.A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Medicare, Medicaid and other State & Federal healthcare programs. Must have excellent organizational and people skills, including community/provider relationship skills. Must be computer proficient and experienced with EHR ( EPIC). Special Requirements and Skills: Current CPR (from American Heart Association)Bilingual is a plus ( English / Creole or English / Spanish)
