Job Summary - The primary responsibility of the Physician is to provide direct primary medical care to all participants of the program.

Qualifications -
Preferred: Geriatrics fellowship training preferred.
Education/Experience: Graduate from an accredited school of medicine and at least 5 years clinical Physician experience. 2-3 years of experience with the frail or elderly strongly preferred.
Type of Employees Supervised: None, except clinical precepting of Advanced Practice Provider staff.
Licensure, Registry or Certification Required: Current license to practice medicine in NC. Valid NC driver license and reliable transportation.
Immunizations: Be medically cleared for communicable diseases and have all immunizations up-to-date prior to beginning employment.
Pay Range: $170,336 - $228,918 (commensurate with years of experience)
