Position: General Cardiologist (PRN)

Our organization is on the lookout for a driven and enthusiastic General Cardiologist to become part of our vibrant Cardiology team. As a key player in the county hospital system, we have proudly served the Tarrant County community for over a century. We are dedicated to enhancing healthcare delivery for the populations we support, offering a comprehensive range of services from primary care to specialized fields, ensuring high-quality and compassionate care for every individual.
Alongside a fulfilling clinical environment, we are also an urban teaching hospital with a rich tradition of training both physicians and medical students. Our institution boasts 18 residency and fellowship programs.

Inpatient Call Responsibilities
Outpatient clinic duties
Interpreting echo, vascular, and nuclear studies (if qualified)
Time allocated for administrative tasks
Support from Advanced Practice Providers (APP)
Utilization of the Epic EMR system

Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Essential Education and Experience:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
Completion of an Internal Medicine residency from an accredited ACGME program.
Completion of a Cardiovascular Disease fellowship from an accredited program.
1-2 years of experience in General Cardiology is preferred.
Licensure and Certification Requirements:
Board eligible or board certified in the relevant specialty.
Valid Texas Medical License.
