Minimum Requirements - Board Certified in Family Medicine
- M.D. or D.O., required
- Geriatrics fellowship or advanced degrees (MPH, MBA, JD), preferred
- Active Florida license upon start date

- Documented leadership experience with oversight and mentoring providers
- Strong value-based care background
