Physician with an interest in value-based care
Geriatric / Medicare Advantage experience a major plus
Administer superior patient care per value-based healthcare guidelines
Strategize and execute care plans that center on patient outcomes

12-15 patients per day
8:00 - 4:30 Monday-to-Friday work schedule
Providers in the group rotate inpatient rounding every 5-7 weeks
