- Board Certified Family Physician.
- Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm
- Late Days on Tuesday and Wednesday (appointments go till 7pm)
- Providers have an on-call schedule that changes monthly
- All ages; 10-15 ppd
- Outpatient but with some optional OB duties as well
- Open to newer physicians
