Clinical Responsibilities• Provide comprehensive medical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment
• Manage chronic and preventive care for adult and geriatric populations
• Document all patient encounters per organizational standards
• Collaborate closely with Medical Assistants and clinical teams
• Coordinate care to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
• Participate in quality assurance and clinical improvement initiatives
• Support special medical projects and onsite services as needed
• Maintain ethical, legal, and professional standards of care
Compensation & BenefitsSalary: $200,000 – $250,000 annually

✅ Candidate Requirements• MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in:
– Family Medicine
– Internal Medicine
– Geriatric Medicine
• Active or eligible unrestricted state medical license
• Active, unrestricted DEA license
• Current BLS & ACLS certifications
⭐ Preferred Qualifications• 2+ years of outpatient clinical experience
• Active Medicare & Medicaid enrollment
• Experience with Medicare Advantage & Value-Based Care models
• Strong knowledge of Medicare guidelines
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced outpatient setting
• Proficient with EHR systems (Athena EMR preferred)
