Outpatient only physician
Value-based care model
Medicare/Medicaid Advantage patients
All patients are 65+
Monday-Friday office only schedule
Phone call shared with all providers
Minimal phone call once every few months
12-15patients per day
Full supports staff including NP-MA-RN
On-site labs and radiology

Compensation

Total compensation $300,000 and above year one
Attainable 20% salary bonus plan
