Practice is hiring Skilled Nursing Facilities Physician Assistant
This group manages Skilled Nursing Facilities
Family-friendly community of Fort Collins,Colorado
The position consists of seeing patients in multiple local SNF's
There are great schedules offered and minimal call (phone only)
Providers travel to a couple local sites per day (3-4) (SNF/LTAC/ALF/ILF)
The group is offering competitive compensation
