Primary Care opening in Ann Arbor, MIDetroit 43mWe are seeking a quality-driven Physician to join our Post-acute Care team in the Ann Arbor and Saline, Michigan, area. This is a full-time opportunity (5 days/week) rounding in skilled nursing facilities, with excellent support and training, autonomy, and earning potential.Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical exams
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans based on patient needs
- Monitor progress and coordinate care to optimize outcomes
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals in a team approach
- Educate patients and families on health management and preventive strategies
- Maintain accurate, timely medical records in compliance with regulations
- Highlights
- Compensation is fee for service (FFS) with an estimated compensation range of $209,000 to $247,000 annually and no cap on productivity bonus income potential.

- Current license (State of Michigan) and DEA
- Experience in post-acute, acute, ED, or clinic settings
