Job Details:

• Monday through Friday schedule

• 40 hours per week with 1 hour lunch break

• See 8-15 patient encounters per shift
• 
  
• Provide comprehensive family medicine services
• 
  
• Work at a 25-bed facility
• 
  
• Level 4 trauma center experience
• 
  
• Board certification required (minimum board certification eligible)
• 
  
• Fellowship training preferred
• 
  
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 45 days
• 
  
• Optional specialty skills in gynecology, obstetrics, and pediatrics available but not required
