TITLE: Physician
DUTIES:
Provide diagnostic and therapeutic medical services to CHC patients, while making reasonable and sound medical assessments and treatment plans. Diagnose, treat, and help prevent diseases and injuries that commonly occur in the general population.
REQUIREMENTS:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO), or foreign degree equivalent; completion of an accredited residency program in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine; Washington State licensure as a Physician; and DEA Controlled Substance registration.
SALARY: $202,837.59 to $255,337.59 per year
