Job Details:

• Provide outpatient care and perform procedures in the Cath Lab
• 
  
• Schedule includes clinic and Cath Lab procedures Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break
• 
  
• Minimum of 4 weeks of coverage per month required
• 
  
• 8 guaranteed hours per day with overtime applicable after 40 hours per week
• 
  
• Expected to see 15+ patient encounters per shift
• 
  
• Board certification required in relevant specialty
• 
  
• Active state license or IMLC required
• 
  
• DEA registration required
• 
  
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• 
  
• Level 2 trauma facility
