Opportunity:

Physician - Electrophysiology

Job Details:

  • Work shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with 1-hour lunch break

  • Multiple week-long assignments available from July through December

  • See 20-22 clinic patients per day

  • Handle 3-4 hospital consults per day plus 4-6 EP cases daily depending on case length

  • Perform cardiac electrophysiology procedures focusing on heart rhythm disturbances

  • Conduct ablation procedures - must demonstrate 100 EP cases in last 2 years with emphasis on ablations

  • Perform moderate sedation independently

  • Use Abbott Ensite-X Mapping system technology

  • Conduct TEEs (Transesophageal Echocardiograms)

  • Work with adult patient population

  • Use Cerner EMR system

  • Board certification required (BC or BE)

  • ACLS certification required

  • Minimum 1 year experience required

  • Case logs required for presentation
