Physician - Electrophysiology
Job Details:
- Work shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with 1-hour lunch break
- Multiple week-long assignments available from July through December
- See 20-22 clinic patients per day
- Handle 3-4 hospital consults per day plus 4-6 EP cases daily depending on case length
- Perform cardiac electrophysiology procedures focusing on heart rhythm disturbances
- Conduct ablation procedures - must demonstrate 100 EP cases in last 2 years with emphasis on ablations
- Perform moderate sedation independently
- Use Abbott Ensite-X Mapping system technology
- Conduct TEEs (Transesophageal Echocardiograms)
- Work with adult patient population
- Use Cerner EMR system
- Board certification required (BC or BE)
- ACLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year experience required
- Case logs required for presentation
