POSITION SUMMARY:

The Physician Compensation Manager is responsible for managing centralized physician contract administration, ensuring document preparation and fulfillment of contract requirements are accurate, timely, and meet applicable regulations. Serves as a central point of contact for compensation contract-related questions. Works closely with staff in operational departments to ensure timely communication across the enterprise related to physician compensation efforts. Participates in the development and implementation of physician compensation initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Works directly with Physician Recruitment, Corporate Legal, and Accounting in the preparation, presentation, and execution of physician contracts, ensuring all contract terms are consistent with Ardent's compensation plan guidelines.
  • Reviews and uploads completed contracts to electronic contract system; maintains electronic database of all agreements and tracks critical dates for updates or renewals.
