Key Responsibilities
Provide 100% center-based direct patient care
Mentor and lead by example demonstrating clinical excellence and exceptional patientexperienc
Assume role and responsibilities of Clinical Medical Director at specific location
Collaborate with Director of Medical Operations to improve clinical quality, workflows, safety, center performance, and patient satisfaction
Work with Director Team to identify clinical improvement opportunities and ensure workflow compliance
Mentor and train future clinical leaders and clinicians fostering collaboration, professionalism, safety, quality care, and continuous improvement
Understand center financial drivers and outcomes to achieve business and strategic plans
Assist other Clinical Medical Directors to understand financial and operational goals
Maintain and leverage relationships with employers, payers, referral sources, networks, and local communities to drive market growth
Respond to requests and issues within 24 hours
Assist with planning clinician meetings and staffing management
May observe drug/alcohol testing of patients
Schedule and Shift Details
Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, no nights, no weekends, no holidays, no on-call
Qualifications
Required
Doctorate degree
Managed Care (1+ years)
1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
Clinical Quality
Quality & Risk Management
Human Resources (1+ years)
ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) in California (CA)
Medical Doctor (MD) in California (CA)
Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) in California (CA)
