Job Details:

• Provide outpatient clinical care and perform procedures in the Cath Lab

• Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule
• 
  
• 30-minute unpaid lunch break
• 
  
• Minimum commitment of 4 weeks per month required
• 
  
• Guaranteed 8 hours per day with overtime applying after 40 hours per week
• 
  
• Handle 15+ patient encounters per shift
• 
  
• Active medical license or IMLC required
• 
  
• DEA registration required
• 
  
• Board certification required with minimum 2-year fellowship
• 
  
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• 
  
• 90-day estimated credentialing timeframe
• 
  
• Assignment duration from ASAP through December 31, 2026
