What You’ll Do- Provide urologic consultations in partnership with the supervising urology team
- Support patient care with a focus on independent clinical judgment within a collaborative environment
- Work alongside interdepartmental peers to coordinate care and ensure continuity
- Participate in call/rounding at acute facilities as required by the assignment
- Contribute to after-hours triage workflows by supporting appropriate escalation and guidance
- Deliver care using full hospital support staffing and established clinical resources
What You Need
Required
- Current license/certification to practice as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with interdepartmental peers
- Urology experience (ideally 3+ years)
Preferred
- Prior experience with urologic consultations
- Experience participating in call/rounding at acute facilities
- Comfort working in team-based care models that include after-hours triage support
