Location: This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Salem, Oregon at a newly opening clinic with a daytime weekday schedule designed to support strong work-life balance.

Note: To be considered, candidates must be licensed in Oregon, board certified, have DEA authority, have primary care experience, and be comfortable treating pediatric patients ages 2+ as well as providing women's health services including pelvic exams.

Job Description

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services in an on-site clinic setting
  • Perform physical exams, preventive visits, and routine follow-up care
  • Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions
  • See pediatric patients ages 2+ and adult patients across a wide range of primary care needs
  • Provide women's health services, including pelvic exams
  • Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic testing as appropriate
  • Prescribe medications and treatment plans within scope and state guidelines
  • Educate patients on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care
  • Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
  • Support a positive clinic culture centered on quality, compassion, and service

Qualifications

  • Licensed Physician Assistant in Oregon
  • Board certification required
  • Active DEA or ability to obtain immediately
  • 2+ years of primary care or family practice experience
  • Able to treat pediatric patients ages 2+
  • Experience providing women's health services, including pelvic exams
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and comfort working independently
  • EMR proficiency preferred
