Setting: Onsite / patient-facing (safety-sensitive role)

About the Role

We’re hiring a Physician Assistant (PA) to support a fast-paced outpatient clinic environment, providing evidence-based care to a steady panel of patients. You’ll partner closely with a dedicated clinical care team to deliver high-quality primary and urgent care services.

Schedule

• Training (week 1): Mon–Fri 8:30am–5:30pm
• Orientation: first ~4 weeks (schedule may vary)
• Ongoing: averages ~32.5 hours/week after orientation
• Weekends/Holidays: every other weekend with possible holiday rotations (as needed)

What You’ll Do

• Perform patient assessments, diagnosis, and treatment plans
• Provide patient education, counseling, and disposition planning
• Document care accurately and timely in the EMR
• Work collaboratively with the clinic team to drive strong outcomes and patient experience

Required Qualifications

• Active Physician Assistant license in Texas (in good standing; no current or prior disciplinary actions)
• Prior Primary Care or Urgent Care experience (required)
• BLS certification (AHA or ARC required)
• HS Diploma or GED (verifiable)

Additional Details

• DEA registration may be required during onboarding (unless otherwise noted)
• This is a safety-sensitive position
