Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Physician Assistant to oversee the operations and patient care at our cognitive therapy office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cognitive therapy and TBI recovery, and will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of patient care and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the cognitive therapy office.
• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Educate patients and their families about TBI recovery and cognitive therapy.
• Supervise and mentor clinical staff.

Qualifications:

• Valid Physician Assistant license.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
