Job Title: Physician Assistant
Schedule: Full-Time | Every Other Weekend Required | Possible Holiday Rotations
Pay: $77.26/hr, paid bi-weekly
Location: Multiple Locations Available

Position Overview

MinuteClinic is seeking compassionate and motivated Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join a collaborative clinical care team focused on delivering high-quality, evidence-based patient care. Providers will work closely with healthcare professionals to assess, diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of health conditions while promoting preventive care and wellness.

This role is ideal for clinicians with strong primary care experience who are passionate about patient education, health counseling, and improving healthcare outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient assessments, diagnosis, and treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based care for acute and chronic conditions
• Educate patients on preventive care, wellness, and disease management
• Collaborate with the clinical care team to improve patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records
• Support health counseling and disposition planning
• Follow all clinical safety and compliance protocols

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted NP or PA license in the state of practice
• Current DEA registration or willingness to obtain during onboarding
• Current BLS certification through AHA or ARC
• Previous primary care experience preferred
• Experience using Electronic Medical Systems (EMS/EMR)
