Schedule: 40 hours/week
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Completed masters degree level Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program from an accredited college/university. • Minimum three (3) years primary care practice experience. • Ability to work independently. • Working with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR). • Active and unrestricted applicable licensure. • Current CPR (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 60 days of hire. • NPI & DEA. • Current National Board Certification. • May be required to obtain and maintain a valid DOT Medical Examiner Certification, depending on job responsibilities or location.
