**Description** PeaceHealth is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Clinician to join the OB/GYN team. Looking for a clinician who enjoys inpatient work, assisting in surgeries as well as clinic work. The selected candidate will have post-certification experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner--preferably in OB/GYN. Past surgical experience is beneficial, robotics especially, as well as experience with inpatient rounding and ordering. **Highlights:** + Collegial team of 9 OB/GYN physicians + State-of-the art birthing center with 2,200+ births per year + Adjacent to Level III Neonatal ICU staffed by OHSU physicians + Maternal/Fetal Medicine and Neonatology onsite 24/7 + 40 labor/delivery rooms + 3 operation rooms + OB Hospitalists and OB Anesthetists onsite at hospital 24/7 + Clinic work averages 15-18 patients per day. **Compensation:** + First year salary amount: $148,678.40 - $177,486.40 depending on direct years of experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner + Employment bonus + Relocation Assistance + CME Allowance + Medical/dental/vision/disability/life/wellness + Retirement If this opportunity resonates with you, please apply. Essential Functions + Within scope of practice, perform comprehensive and problem focused history and physical exams and interpret and correlate laboratory and diagnostic procedures to assist in formulating a diagnosis and treatment plan. + Order, collect and perform appropriate laboratory or diagnostic procedures and studies. + Provide needed procedures, including assisting in surgery and continually assess patient's needs and conduct appropriate follow up. + Performing procedures, diagnostic procedures and therapeutic procedures within scope of practice. + Order, prescribe and dispense medication and durable goods as allowed by state and within scope of practice. + Maintain required records and writes progress notes on patient charts as to status, treatments and procedures. + Counsel the patient as to preventative care, medical problems, exercise, and the use of prescribed medications and treatments. + Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education + Accredited Program Required: Physician Assistant. + Required: .
