A national healthcare organization is seeking a NP/PA to join their Post-Acute Care team in Cortland, NY. This full-time position offers productivity-based compensation with uncapped earning potential.

Salary Range: $130,760 to $154,911 annually
Fee-for-service model with uncapped productivity bonuses

Practice Highlights/Qualifications:
Full-time (5 days/week) M-F
Post-acute care setting (SNF/rehabilitation)

Active NY license or ability to obtain
Post-acute care experience preferred but not required
