Physician Assistant

Position Overview

The Physician Assistant will evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients seeking hormone optimization, men's health treatments, weight management solutions, and regenerative therapies. This role requires a provider who is passionate about wellness medicine, confident working with high-profile clientele, and excited to contribute to the growth of a rapidly expanding practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and health assessments
• Evaluate and manage patients with low testosterone and hormone imbalances
• Develop individualized treatment plans for testosterone replacement therapy (TRT)
• Assess and treat erectile dysfunction utilizing medical and regenerative treatment options
• Review and interpret laboratory results
• Educate patients regarding treatment plans, medications, and lifestyle modifications
• Administer intramuscular injections and regenerative medicine treatments, including PRP
• Collaborate with clinical support staff to ensure exceptional patient care and clinic operations
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Support clinic growth through patient relationship development and retention initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Active Physician Assistant (PA-C) license in good standing
• Active DEA Registration and Controlled Substance Registration
• No current or pending malpractice claims
• Minimum 2 years of Physician Assistant experience
• Experience in men's health, hormone optimization, lifestyle medicine, endocrinology, urology, family medicine, or related specialties
• Strong clinical assessment and patient communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a cash-pay wellness, med spa, concierge medicine, or regenerative medicine setting
• Experience prescribing hormone replacement therapy and peptide therapies
• Experience performing PRP procedures
• Familiarity with men's health treatment protocols, including erectile dysfunction therapies
• Concierge medicine or functional medicine experience
• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in helping grow a developing practice
