Prevention-Focused Primary Care -----------------------------

Manage an adult and geriatric panel of 18 focused on wellness and chronic disease management with the flexibility for minor procedures such as suturing and Paps.

Optimized Patient Volume -------------------------

Cultivate meaningful relationships in an unhurried setting using 20-minute appointment blocks supported by dedicated Medical Assistants.

• Licensure: Active Georgia state license and Board Certification
