Dr. David Pulver, IMA's President and CEO, is a Board Certified Internist with over thirty years of experience performing disability exams for Social Security Disability. Dr. Pulver has overseen IMA's growth from a single office in White Plains, NY in 1990, to its present status, with over 45 offices throughout New York, Pennsylvania, District of Columbia, Florida, Ohio, New Jersey, Connecticut, Missouri, Virginia and Vermont.
