Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center is seeking a full-time physician assistant to join its General Surgery team in Torrance, California. The ideal candidate would be an experienced team player who is comfortable working with multiple physicians across multiple service lines in an inpatient setting. Being flexible to change, having a willingness to learn, and excellent interpersonal communication and critical thinking skills are also highly desired. Full-time position Monday to Friday schedule First surgery assisting in open heart surgery Will also support several surgeons in vascular, ortho, neuro, and robotic general surgery Robotic platforms to include Da Vinci DV5 and XI MAKO Globus Execlsius and Velys Robotic and ortho surgery experience a plus 1 year of surgical experience required

Compensation is between $17,182 and $23,1714 per year. The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
