  • Shift: 6:30am - 4:30pm (Inpatient, Hospital only)
  • Hours per Week: 12 days/month (guaranteed 8 hours/day, OT pre-approval required)

  • Licenses/Certs: CA Active License, DEA Required, BC or Truly BE
  • Experience: 2+ years in hospital clinical activity, surgical case logs preferred

What You’ll Do:
  • Provide inpatient clinical support in trauma surgery
  • Collaborate with hospital teams to ensure patient care standards
  • Manage patient assessments and document clinical findings
  • Assist with care coordination and follow-up plans
  • Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and licensing requirements
  • Support the surgical team by ensuring smooth clinical operations (providers will not be in the OR)
  • Participate in shift coverage as scheduled with flexibility during the week

What You Need:
  • Active CA state license and DEA registration
  • At least 2 years of hospital-based clinical experience in trauma or surgery settings
  • Current CV with hospital affiliations and case logs
  • BC or truly BE in family medicine, internal medicine, or related specialty
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

This assignment involves inpatient trauma surgery support at a prominent hospital in Santa Rosa, California. The provider will focus on clinical activities, patient assessments, and team collaboration, with no surgical procedures or OR duties involved. The schedule is flexible, with shifts spread across three days per week, providing excellent work-life balance.

  • Mileage and rideshare from home to airport are non-reimbursed
  • Airport parking and pre-approved rental car insurance are reimbursed
