- Experience: Minimum 12 months in urgent care or similar setting; no new grads considered

What You’ll Do:- Provide urgent care services to adult and pediatric patients (6 months+)
- Manage high patient volume independently, including performing minor procedures such as lac repairs and ear irrigations
- Use Epic EMR for documentation and patient charting
- Offer excellent patient-centered care with strong soft skills
- Handle all patient cases within the urgent care setting with minimal supervision
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with facility protocols
- Collaborate with support staff and supervising physicians as needed
What You Need:Required:- Active North Carolina license and NC DEA registration
- Board Certification in PA or Family Nurse Practitioner (NP)
- At least 12 months of urgent care, acute care, or primary care experience
- Proficiency with Epic EMR (training provided)
- Ability to see and treat adult and pediatric patients independently
- Good communication and soft skills
Preferred:- Experience with minor procedures; high-volume urgent care
- Flexibility to participate in mandatory training sessions scheduled Wednesdays
