- Experience: Minimum 12 months in urgent care or similar high-volume setting; no new grads
- Proficiency: Experience with Epic EMR required
Pay & Benefits:- Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (competitive pay package)
- Benefits: Weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), robust referral program, paid sick time per applicable laws, licensure, certification, travel and other reimbursements when applicable
What Youll Do:- Provide high-quality urgent care to adult and pediatric patients aged 6 months and older
- Handle a high patient volume independently, managing up to 45 patients per day
- Perform minor procedures including lac repairs, ear irrigations, and other urgent care interventions
- Use EPIC EMR to document all patient visits accurately
- Collaborate with onsite support staff and maintain positive patient interactions
- Manage a full scope of urgent care cases with professionalism and efficiency
- Follow clinical protocols and ensure quality standards are met
What You Need:- Active NC medical license and NC DEA
- At least 12 months recent urgent care or similar experience
- Board certification in PA (NCCPA) or Family Nurse Practitioner
- Proficiency in EPIC EMR
- Strong communication and soft skills
- Willingness to participate in mandatory training sessions
