    PCHC is seeking a compassionate and team-oriented Physician Assistant-Certified with a passion for pediatrics to join our growing, integrated care network to provide comprehensive primary care services for infants, children, and adolescents in a collaborative, team-based environment.     The PA-C at PCHC provides comprehensive, patient-centered medical care with a strong focus on Pediatrics with an opportunity of minimal Family Practice, if desired for continuity of care, within a community health center setting.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide primary and preventive care to pediatric patients (birth through adolescence)
    • Perform well-child exams, developmental screenings, and immunizations
    • Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and chronic conditions
    • Deliver family-centered care, education, and anticipatory guidance
    • Collaborate with physicians, behavioral health, dental, and care coordination teams
    • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and care team meetings
    • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in accordance with clinical standards
    • Adhere to all PCHC clinical protocols and regulatory requirements

    Qualifications

    • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
    • National certification as a Physician Assistant and Certificate of Added Qualifications (CAQ) in Pediatrics strongly desired
    • Licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Colorado
    • Current BLS/CPR certification
    • Experience in pediatrics, family medicine, or community health preferred
    • Strong commitment to serving underserved populations
