Kelsey-Seybold Clinic is actively recruiting a Physician Assistant to join our collaborative multi-disciplinary Urology team. This PA will work alongside our Urologists and existing advanced practice providers to deliver exceptional patient care across a broad spectrum of urologic conditions including General Urology Urologic Oncology Female Pelvic Medicine & Reconstructive Surgery and Mens Sexual Health.The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills a team-oriented mindset and a genuine commitment to patient-centered care. They will interact positively with ancillary staff respond promptly to referring physicians and support the mission and philosophy of Kelsey-Seybolds group practice model.Onboarding and TrainingWe are committed to setting our advanced practice providers up for long-term success. New PAs will undergo a structured onboarding program of at least 6 months during which they will develop clinical competency with graduated independence under the mentorship of our Urology team.
