Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to deliver comprehensive adult primary care in a clinical environment. You will be responsible for managing a diverse patient population, ensuring accurate assessments, diagnosis, and treatment plans. Required Skills:
- Valid licensure and certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
- Proven experience in adult primary care or outpatient settings.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently within a team and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems, preferably Epic.
- Ability to complete protocol agreements with the governing medical board.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience with Epic electronic medical records system.
- Additional certifications such as ACLS or BLS.
- Bilingual skills to serve a diverse patient population.
- Experience with administrative procedures or clinic workflow optimization.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program or Nurse Practitioner program.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in adult primary care.
- Previous experience working in a clinic-based environment.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to start on or after 05/28/2026.
- Willingness to work weekday hours, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with possible travel to the closest clinic location based on home proximity.
- Completion of Epic training, scheduled bi-weekly from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., post-credentialing and prior to start date.
- Commitment to completing all credentialing and protocol agreements promptly.
