Join Our Team as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in Adult Medicine

Responsibilities include providing comprehensive adult primary care Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., in a clinical setting. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. The role also involves completing necessary protocols with the Georgia Composite Medical Board (GCMB) and participating in Epic EMR training scheduled biweekly from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., which must be completed prior to start date.
Required Skills:
- Valid licensure as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong clinical skills in adult primary care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR), preferably Epic
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous experience in adult outpatient clinics
- Knowledge of relevant state and federal healthcare regulations
- Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
- Experience with quality improvement initiatives
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master's degree or higher in Physician Assistant Studies or Nursing
- Minimum of 1-2 years clinical experience in adult primary care or similar setting
- Certification through NCCPA (for PAs) or ANCC (for Nurse Practitioners)
Other Requirements:
- Ability to submit provider documentation to the nearest location
- Willingness to undergo Epic EMR training and credentialing process
- Reliable transportation for potential travel reimbursements
- Must adhere to all applicable licensure, certification, and regulatory standards
