About the Opportunity
Hawai'i Pacific Health is seeking a board eligible board certified Anesthesiologist for a full-time employed position to join our team on the island of O'ahu.
What Youll Do
• Deliver anesthesia care for a broad range of adult surgical procedures across multiple specialties including both elective and emergent cases • Provide care in diverse practice settings including inpatient hospitals and ambulatory surgery environments • Supervise and collaborate with CRNAs within a collaborative anesthesia care-team model • Manage patients with varying levels of acuity including those with significant medical comorbidities • Participate in shared call coverage as part of a supportive team-based scheduling model • Work closely with surgeons nursing staff and perioperative leadership to ensure efficient patient-centered operating room flow • Contribute to departmental initiatives focused on quality improvement patient safety and operational excellence • Engage in a collegial practice environment that values professionalism teamwork and work-life balance

Kapi'olani Medical Center for Women & Children
Kapi'olani Medical Center for Women & Children is Hawai'is only maternity newborn and pediatric specialty hospital. It is well recognized as Hawaiis leader in the care of women infants and children. With 253 beds the not-for-profit medical center delivers an average of 6000 babies per year and is also a medical teaching and research facility. Specialty services for patients throughout Hawaii and the Pacific region include intensive care for infants and children 24-hour emergency pediatric and adult care critical care air transport and high-risk perinatal care. Over 1400 employees and more than 700 physicians provide specialty care at Kapi'olani. The medical center is home to the Kapi'olani Womens Center and the Womens Cancer Center and offers numerous community programs and services such as specialty pediatric clinics the Kapi'olani Child Protection Center and the Sex Abuse Treatment Center.
