Role Overview

The Physician is a healthcare professional responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and managing a wide range of patient health conditions. This role emphasizes outpatient care, continuity of care, preventive services, and overall health maintenance.

The position requires handling moderately complex to complex medical cases, utilizing independent clinical judgment and in-depth analysis. The Physician operates with minimal supervision and contributes to departmental strategy and patient care improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient medical care to patients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical histories and records
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Promote preventive care, health maintenance, and disease prevention
• Ensure continuity of care for assigned patients
• Refer patients to specialists when necessary
• Make independent decisions on moderately complex to complex medical issues
• Contribute to departmental initiatives and care quality improvements

Required Qualifications

• Education:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution
  • Bachelor s degree

• Experience:

  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant clinical experience

• Licensure:

  • Active and unrestricted medical license in the state of practice

Preferred Qualifications

• Specialization in Internal Medicine
• Board Certification in:
  • Family Medicine
  • Internal Medicine
  • Geriatric Medicine

Additional Requirements

• Must complete Tuberculosis (TB) screening as part of clinet/Senior Bridge program requirements
• This is a patient-facing role requiring direct clinical interaction
• Strong commitment to improving patient experience and healthcare outcomes
