What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Owning the entire front-of-house operation for your clinic
- Verifying insurance benefits and authorizations accurately
- Confidently explaining financial responsibility to patients
- Scheduling patients strategically to support clinic efficiency
- Managing patient flow, arrivals, and communication
- Identifying errors, trends, or issues before they become problems
- Collaborating with providers and leadership to keep the clinic running smoothly
