What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Valid and current Physical Therapy license or certification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with patients of all ages
- Ability to assess, plan, and implement effective treatment plans
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork

- Experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Knowledge of swingbed protocols or rehabilitation programs
- Bilingual skills or additional languages
- Prior experience with diverse age groups and complex cases
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Proven track record of at least 1-2 years in clinical practice preferred
Additional Requirements:
- The position involves working Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Ability to work with patients across all age groups
- Willingness to participate in ongoing education and certification as needed
- Travel reimbursement and licensure/certification support provided where applicable
