We're seeking compassionate, motivated Physical Therapy Assistants who are passionate about helping patients improve their mobility, restore function, and enhance their overall quality of life under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

What You'll Do
- Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and functional activities
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Physical Therapist
- Educate patients and caregivers on prescribed home exercise programs and safe mobility techniques
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper documentation during each visit
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide coordinated patient care
What We're Looking For
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while effectively managing a caseload
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
- Home health experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation & Employment
- 1099 Independent Contractor
