Job Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality physical therapy assistant services to patients in Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care facilities.
  • Collaborate with supervising therapists and healthcare team members to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
  • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting therapies as needed to optimize outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatments, assessments, and patient responses in the EMR system.
  • Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and proper care techniques to promote recovery and independence.
