Role Description
This is an on-site role located in Florham Park and Berkeley Heights, NJ for a Physical Therapy Assistant. The Physical Therapy Assistant will support physical therapists in implementing treatment plans, assisting with physical therapy exercises, monitoring patient progress, and maintaining accurate documentation. Additional responsibilities include providing compassionate patient care, educating patients on recovery techniques, and ensuring the efficient use of equipment and resources.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation, and assisting with Occupational Therapy
- Proficiency in providing high-quality Patient Care and ensuring patient comfort and safety
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and address patient needs
- Ability to follow treatment plans and maintain accurate records
- Relevant licensure or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant
- Prior experience in a rehabilitation or physical therapy setting is a plus
