Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Home Health

Auburn & Kent, WA | Full-Time | Flexible Field-Based Schedule

Salary and Job Requirements

Salary Range:$75,920–$99,320 annually, based on experience

Required Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Active Washington State PTA license in good standing
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to travel between patient homes throughout South King County
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating with the supervising Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary care team
Ability to perform physical job duties, including extended standing, lifting, bending, and assisting patients with mobility

Preferred Qualifications:

Home health or field-based clinical experience
Experience treating adult and geriatric patients

Coverage Area: South King County, including Kent and Auburn

Schedule: Flexible, field-based schedule
Patient Population: Adult and geriatric home health patients
Supervision: Directed and supervised by a Registered Physical Therapist
Mileage Reimbursement: Provided
Start Date: ASAP

Caseload:

Approximately 20–21 visits per week when working alongside a Physical Therapist
Up to 30 visits per week, depending on the staffing model and level of PTA support
