Qualifications:
Education:
Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy
OR
· Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy for graduates prior to January 1, 2002.
Graduate from a college or University approved by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE)
Experience:
· (2) Two years’ experience within the last three years as a Physical Therapist in an inpatient or hospital setting in acute care.

Work Schedule:
· Monday - Friday
· 7:00 am- 6:30 pm (8 hour shifts within these hours)
· 40 hours a week- No OT, evenings, or weekends
Certification:
· Current Basic Life Support Certification
Board Certification:
MUST have certification as a Physician Therapist through the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) certification
specialization in orthopedic, sport and manual therapy.
License:
· Possess and maintain a PT license from one of (50) fifty states, The District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
